About the Quiz

The Business Audit Quiz is a self-assessment tool that evaluates startup/business readiness across four key dimensions:

Growth Metrics

• Evaluates revenue growth rate, company size (ARR), and unit economics (LTV:CAC)

• Higher scores for faster growth, larger revenue, and better unit economics

Market Position

• Assesses serviceable addressable market (SAM) size and competitive advantages

• Higher scores for larger market sizes and stronger competitive positioning

Team & Operations

• Measures team experience, operational maturity, and talent acquisition capabilities

• Higher scores for more experienced teams and better operational systems

Financial Health

• Reviews runway, burn rate, and gross margins

• Higher scores for longer runway, controlled burn, and higher margins

Scoring System

• Each question is scored on a 1-4 scale

• Each section has 3 questions, for a maximum of 12 points per section

• Results are categorized as:

  • Excellent: 10-12 points

  • Good: 7-9 points

  • Needs Improvement: 4-6 points

  • Requires Attention: 0-3 points
